Upon full payment, you are granted a non-exclusive license to use the branding elements for the intended purpose outlined in our agreement.

Both parties agree to keep confidential any information designated as confidential by the other party.

5.2. Exceptions:

Confidentiality obligations do not apply to information that is publicly available or becomes public through no fault of the receiving party.

7. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

7.1. No Guarantees:

While we strive to provide high-quality services, we do not guarantee specific results.

7.2. As Is Basis:

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the extent permitted by law, Bankrah Studios shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use of our services.
