Both parties agree to keep confidential any information designated as confidential by the other party.
Confidentiality obligations do not apply to information that is publicly available or becomes public through no fault of the receiving party.

While we strive to provide high-quality services, we do not guarantee specific results.
All services and information are provided “as is” without any warranties, express or implied.
